- Any Graduate
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English & Hindi
Responsibilities
- Manage customer retention and multi-tasking to take and follow up on orders from customers via the website, calls, emails, or text messages
- Anticipate and understand the needs of the customers and act accordingly
- Use appropriate marketing tools to acquire new customers and increase retention of existing customers
- Coordinate with the operations team to assist the customer in the best way possible
