Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects within their assigned territory. They will utilize their sales skills to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.

2.Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

3.Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential.

4.Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to present company products or

services.

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

6.Provide exceptional customer service and support.

7.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

8.Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

9.Continuously track and report on sales progress.

10.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

11.Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

12.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts.

13.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

∙B.Tech. Civil\Mechanical or experience in related product line

∙2-4 year experience in field sales or a related role.

∙Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

∙Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

∙Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

∙Self-motivated and goal-driven.

 

∙A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

∙Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
