Job Description

We are looking for experienced and driven DSA Acquisition Managers to join our

growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and

managing a high-performing network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive customer

acquisition for our financial and wealth products, including loans, credit cards, mutual

funds, and other offerings promoted by the company.


Key Responsibilities

• DSA Network Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and

wealth products (e.g., loans, credit cards, MF, or other wealth product as and

when promoted by the company).


• Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure DSAs are well-versed with product

knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.


• Performance Monitoring:

Track DSA productivity, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies to

boost performance and acquisition numbers.


• Compliance Oversight:

Ensure all DSA activities are in strict adherence to internal policies and

regulatory guidelines.


• Target Achievement:

Drive DSA performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition

targets.


• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal sales, credit, and operations teams to streamline DSA onboarding and resolve process issues.


• Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to

enhance acquisition strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DSA acquisition, sales, or channel

management in BFSI or fintech sector.

• Proven ability to manage channel partners and achieve sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, mutual funds,

or insurance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
