Job Description Job Purpose To Assist in Dispatch activities. Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of shipments. Prepare and maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities and shipments. Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1. Communication with Supplier for day-to-day activities 2. Coordinating with suppliers, transporters and internal stakeholders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards 3. Follow up with supplier for dispatches and documents 4. Monitoring and analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize the supply chain 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics 6.
