- Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics, tools and generate reports to identify key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Trend and Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and interact with our followers and customers to build brand loyalty and create positive relationships.
- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to create social media visuals, such as graphics, banners, and promotional images.
- Hashtag and Keyword Optimization: Implement best practices for hashtags and keyword usage to enhance discoverability and reach.
