Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company’s strategic goals


Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:

Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets

 Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

 Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

 Organising appointments and meetings with community Labs, Doctors & healthcare centers.

 Identifying and establishing new business.

 Lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract.

 Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.

 Maintaining detailed records.

 Reviewing sales performance
