About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process, and eager to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
3. Use job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
5. Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
7. Support HR activities such as employee engagement, induction, and documentation when required.
