Job Title: PCD Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 Years (Pharma / PCD Segment Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and expand PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business across assigned

regions.

 Identify and appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and stockists.

 Maintain strong business relationships with existing PCD partners to achieve sales

targets.

 Execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility.

 Handle product inquiries, pricing negotiations, and order processing.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

 Prepare sales reports and assist in planning sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of the PCD / Pharma franchise model.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

 Ability to travel extensively for business development.

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration.

 MBA in Marketing preferred.
