Key Responsibilities
Plant-Level Service Operations
- Lead and manage all day-to-day service activities at the plant.
- Oversee warranty processes, claim validation, approvals, and settlements.
- Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, demand forecasting, and dispatches.
- Coordinate closely with production, quality, and R&D teams for service-related improvements.
- Strong understanding of EV vehicle specifications, components, and diagnostics
- Track service KPIs including TAT (Turn Around Time), warranty cost control, and parts consumption.
- Monitor performance of service teams across locations and ensure achievement of service targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring service quality norms.
- Ensure adherence to OEM service systems, documentation, SOPs, and process flows.
- Drive digital/service tools usage for reporting, data analysis, and service efficiency.

Candidate Profile
- Must be currently working as Assistant Manager – Service or higher.
- Experience in handling PAN India after-sales at an Electric OEM (3W preferred).
- Strong exposure to warranty handling, spare parts management, and service operations at plant level.
- Excellent technical knowledge of EV vehicles and automotive systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
