Job Description: Data Analyst - After Sales Service

Role Overview

The After-Sales Service Data Analyst will analyse service data, warranty trends, and customer feedback to improve service efficiency and product performance. The role focuses on turning large datasets into insights that help reduce failures, optimize TAT, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Maintain and analyse after-sales data (complaints, warranty, service TAT, cancellations, repeat issues, escalation).

Build daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI/SQL).

Identify product failure trends, regional service gaps, and partner performance issues.

Support cross-functional teams (Service, Quality, Product, SCM) with data-backed insights.

Create automated templates and MIS reports for management reviews.

Skills Required:-

Strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Knowledge of Excel/SQL/Power BI (preferred).

Good analytical and communication abilities.

Understanding of after-sales processes and warranty data is a plus.

Qualification:-

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Statistics/Computer Science or related field.

1–3 years of data analysis experience, preferably in consumer durables/fan industry
