Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 3-6 Years Industry: [Specify Industry – Shipping, Logistics, etc.] Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Crew Executive to join our team at Seamac Pvt. Ltd. in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of crew management and operations, with strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of crew personnel and supporting day-to-day operations of our maritime/aviation/logistics fleet. Key Responsibilities:  Crew Management: o Coordinate and manage the deployment and rotation of crew members for assigned vessels/aircrafts/operations. o Maintain crew rosters, ensuring that all crew positions are filled according to operational requirements and schedules.  Crew Scheduling and Compliance: o Ensure that crew schedules align with legal, regulatory, and company policies. o Monitor compliance with safety, training, and certification requirements for all crew members.  Documentation & Record Keeping: o Maintain accurate crew records, including contracts, medicals, certifications, and training history. o Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections related to crew qualifications and operational compliance.  Recruitment & Onboarding: o Assist in the recruitment of new crew members in collaboration with the HR team. o Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they are fully prepared for their assignments.  Crew Welfare: o Support crew members with any operational or welfare-related concerns, ensuring their well-being and addressing issues that arise during assignments. o Ensure timely communication between crew and management, resolving any personnel-related issues swiftly.  Reporting & Communication: o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding crew performance, issues, and operational status. o Liaise with other departments (HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth crewrelated operations. Qualifications & Skills:  Experience: o Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a crew management or coordination role within the maritime, aviation, or logistics industry.  Educational Requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, etc.).  Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Familiarity with crew management software or systems. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. o Knowledge of maritime/aviation regulations (depending on the industry).  Other Requirements: o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. o Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. o Willingness to occasionally travel or work irregular hours if needed.
