Sales Manager – West (SAP Solutions)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Type: Permanent

CTC: ₹7–11 LPA (plus target-based performance incentives)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead SAP solution sales

in the Western region. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a proven

track record in enterprise software sales, strong partner management skills, and the

ability to drive high-value deals. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging C-level

executives, negotiating complex deals, and consistently achieving ambitious sales

targets.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, selling, and closing deals

related to SAP licenses and services. A growth-oriented approach and a history of year

on-year business expansion are essential.

You will work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales strategy, messaging,

and process. This position suits individuals who are passionate about selling, motivated

by achievement, and driven by performance-based rewards for exceeding annual sales

goals.

The role also includes active participation in opportunity origination, qualification, deal

shaping, sales, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solution adoption across

enterprises.

• Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to deal

closure.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, partners,

and stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations and structure complex, high-value enterprise deals.

• Manage the lead identification process in close coordination with clients and the

OEM (SAP), from initiation to closure.

• Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.

• Collaborate with SAP and technology partners to expand market reach.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to

continuously refine sales approaches.

• Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Graduate, preferably MBA, with 2–6 years of experience in:

o Enterprise Software / ERP Sales

o IT Solutions / SaaS Sales

o SAP / BI Solutions / Tally Sales

• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.

• Strong experience in CXO-level engagement with enterprise clients.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.

• Ability to independently drive complex sales cycles and close strategic deals.

• Solid understanding of inside sales, channel partnerships, and business

development.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions is a plus.

• Strong leadership with a solution-driven mindset and sound decision-making

capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in

high-pressure, client-facing environments.

• High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted executive

relationships.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently is a core expectation for this role.
