Job Description:

Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Build Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI optimization.

 Strategy: Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review.
 Will manage the entire Profit and loss of the ecommerce business.
 Oversees the Brand’s Ecommerce Website - overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, sales checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
 Website Merchandising
 Managing end to end operation for marketplace listings, inventory updates and sales on marketplace
 Lead management
 Oversees the Creation of High-Performing Product Content
 Builds a Successful Ecommerce Team

Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
 Forecasting demand (especially during the holidays)
 Deliver and Overseeing sales performance
 Vendor management of web development
 Order fulfilment Coordinating with the warehouse team for order process, packing and stock maintenance
 Conducting competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identifying new opportunities
 Customer satisfaction and NPS
 Category and SKU management along with pricing strategies
 Manage all 3 rd  party software and launches and their integrations.
 KPIs such as website traffic, Customer acquisition costs, conversion rate and Order values
 Monitor and analyse ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance drive sales.
 End to end understanding of e-commerce - across digital marketing, fulfilment, CRM etc.
