The incumbent shall be responsible for;
- Should have knowledge of Time & Attendance System and able to maintain Time Office activities for all level of employees.
- Knowledge of EPF & ESIC, Payroll Processing and its compliance.
- Should have experience in maintaining statutory compliance under Factory Act, and should be able to maintain statutory registers required under various labour laws.
- Good exposure in maintaining employees master data base.
- Preparation and submission of returns under Factory Act.
- Must be able to manage and handle contract labour and full fill day to day activities.
- Experience in supervision of Housekeeping & 5S Activities.
- Effectively execute employees welfare activities.
- Knowledge of Employee Engagement activities
- Able to execute reward & recognition initiatives.
- Employees query handling, providing best support & solutions.
- MIS preparation, presentation skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint Etc.
- Must ensure training coordination and maintain data base of all trainings.
- Should be able to arrange training resources, trainers.
- Review of training learning & training feedback.
- Preparation of Annual Training Calendar, Tracking monthly training status.
- Training Effectiveness Evaluation, ROI.
- Coordinate with internal & external trainers, technical trainers.
- TNI Collection and Analysis
- Coordination of Safety Committee Meeting, Circulation of MOM to all concern.
- Monitor statutory requirement under Factory Act, PCB, Fire & Petroleum Etc.
