Executive – Human Resource (Training & Development): The incumbent shall be responsible for;
a. Formulation of Training Strategies, take initiative & arrange training materials.
b. To develop schedule to ascertain training needs.
c. Must ensure training coordination and maintain data base of all trainings.
d. Should be able to arrange training resources, trainers.
e. Review of training learning & training feedback.
f. To develop action plan for Induction Training Program.
g. Conduct skill gap analysis activity.
h. Preparation of Annual Training Calendar, Tracking monthly training status.
i. Training Effectiveness Evaluation, ROI.
j. Coordinate with internal & external trainers, technical trainers.
k. TNI Collection and Analysis
l. Ensure statutory training requirement are met.
m. Develop Effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and trainees.
n. Guide and implement Performance Management Systems.
o. Should be able to handle Talent Acquisition activities, Recruitment & Selections
p. Sourcing matching profiles, Head Hunting to meet requirement.
q. To involve in performance review process and advise employees for its timely execution.
