Assistant Manager – Training & Development: The incumbent shall be responsible for;
- Formulation of Training Strategies, take initiative & arrange training materials.
- To develop schedule to ascertain training needs.
- Must ensure training coordination and maintain data base of all trainings.
- Should be able to arrange training resources, trainers.
- Review of training learning & training feedback.
- To develop action plan for Induction Training Program.
- Conduct skill gap analysis activity.
- Preparation of Annual Training Calendar, Tracking monthly training status.
- Training Effectiveness Evaluation, ROI.
- Coordinate with internal & external trainers, technical trainers.
- TNI Collection and Analysis
- Ensure statutory training requirement are met.
- Develop Effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and trainees.
- Guide and implement Performance Management Systems.
- Should be able to handle Talent Acquisition activities, Recruitment & Selections
- Sourcing matching profiles, Head Hunting to meet requirement.
- To involve in performance review process and advise employees for its timely execution.
