 Leading overall operation of PQC.
 Managing shift operations
 Process strengthening and monitoring.
 PFMEA and control plan creation for new products.
 Monitor Performance of RTY Shift by Shift and take immediate actions for low RTY models.
 RCA for customer complain & low RTY.
 Implementation of poka-yoke on line to ensure product quality.
 Ensure FT output are aligned as per defined process.
 Report Preparation for RTY, SMT PCBA, Weekly and Monthly review
 Advance Manpower planning according to running lines.
 Ensure availability of consumable parts jigs and fixtures used for testing the Handset.
 Monitor Weekly reconciliation of Battery for both floor.
 In case of new models NPI pre-intimation of requirement to concern department for testing related consumables.
 Resolve issues of line related to process rejection.
