 Prepare daily and weekly plans based on consent of all stakeholders.
 Participate in daily production meeting for discussion of plan
 Shortage analysis and coordinate with warehouse/Material control and production to ensure
the smooth running of line.
 Components ordering through MRP module in SAP and inventory management
 Provide machine wise and shift wise production orders to production and all relevant
department.
 Ensure the completion of production orders of previous day.
 Prepare the plant performance reports like OTD, capacity utilization, loading efficiency etc. on
daily/weekly/Monthly basis and circulation to all stakeholders.
 Compile the weekly performance data and present to management.
 Provide rolling visibility of dispatch to parent plant planners.
 Coordinate with parent planners in case of any failure to make relevant changes in plan.
 Make data of unplanned changeovers and circulate the same to relevant departments.
 Coordinate with stakeholders like industrial engineering regarding capacity and ramp up and
prepare the plans accordingly.
 Inform inventory planner for non-moving /obsolete inventory for further action.
 Ensure the MRP parameters are correct in Master data as per business and MRP is giving correct
requirements.
 Checking of BOM, Updating the relevant changes in system as and when required.
 Coordination of material delivery from stakeholders like import purchase/Domestic Purchase
/Logistics for arrival of material.
 EOL ordering on time and ensure obsolencec % should be under define target after model EOL
production.
