KRA- Assistant Brand Manager
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective Go-to-Market strategies for new products or initiatives.
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward teams for achieving marketing and sales goals
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to ensure successful delivery of key messaging and objectives.
- Agency Management
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate internal communication within the team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment during product launches.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure synergy and alignment with overarching brand strategies.
