Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a strong proficiency in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on OData, CDS views, and object-oriented programming concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ABAP Development:

   • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
   • Design and implement OData services for seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
   • Utilize Core Data Services (CDS) views for efficient data modeling and retrieval.

2. Object-Oriented Programming:

   • Apply object-oriented programming principles to enhance the efficiency and reusability of code.
   • Implement and optimize business processes using ABAP Objects.

Code Optimization and Performance Tuning:

• Identify and implement best practices for ABAP development, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
2. Strong knowledge of OData services and experience in designing and implementing them.
3. Proficiency in Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling.
4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts in the context of ABAP.
5. Experience working with SAP modules and integration points.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills.
