Who we’re looking for?
We're looking for a high-performing and efficient Customer Success Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Closely collaborating and working with the Founder in a high paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting customer service plans and executing the same. The scope of work defined highlights the broad range of responsibility we would like you to take. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial. Responsibilities-
• Manage customer retention and multi-tasking to take and follow up on orders from customers via the
website, calls, emails, or text messages
• Anticipate and understand the needs of the customers and act accordingly
• Use appropriate marketing tools to acquire new customers and increase retention of existing customers
• Coordinate with the operations team to assist the customer in the best way possible
Requirements
Any Graduate
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent communication skills, proficient in English & Hindi
