JD for Tele-Caller
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their
needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our courses. Your primary goal will be to generate
leads, schedule demonstrations, and ultimately contribute to increasing sales and revenue. The ideal
candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, particularly in
the education sector, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
Engage with leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our
offerings.
Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of
our solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in
the market.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
