You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting practices, tax compliance, cost control measures, and financial reporting. Your insights and strategic thinking will be crucial in supporting our continued growth and profitability.   Responsibilities: ? Financial Leadership and Management: o Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the company. o Oversee the entire finance function, including accounting, tax, budgeting, and internal controls. o Manage and develop a high-performing finance team (if applicable). ? Accounting and Financial Reporting: o Implement and maintain best practices for accounting processes according to Indian Accounting Standards. o Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. o Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data. o Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management for informed decision-making. Taxation and Compliance: o Stay updated on complex tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). o Develop and implement strategies to ensure complete tax compliance. o Manage tax filings, calculations, and record-keeping. o Work closely with tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities. ? Cost Management and Profitability: o Develop and implement strategies to control costs and improve profitability. o Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction. o Develop and monitor budgets for different departments or projects. Partner with other departments to optimize resource allocation and spending. ? Financial Reporting and Communication: o Prepare clear and concise financial reports for management, stakeholders, and investors. o Effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non- financial audiences. o Present financial data and insights in a compelling and informative way. ? Internal Controls: o Establish and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. o Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal control procedures. o Regularly review and update internal controls to adapt to changing regulations and business needs.
