Company :- Libas Position:- Executive Assistant Location:- Noida Sector 85    Experience & Skills required:   • Pleasant personality with the experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role of minimum 3 years in Corporate sector • Excellent in MS-Office and Google sheets • Flexible, multitasking and capable to work under stress and deal with uncertainty • Superlative organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality   Gender : Female   Qualification: Any Graduate     Roles & Responsibilities:   • Manage the CEOs calendar, including making appointments and sending reminders • Prioritize the most sensitive matters to focus on with organizing and tracking of all tasks assigned by the CEO and raising red flags at the time of delays • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and act as the point of contact among people, clients and other external partners • Create and maintain databases and tracking systems • Open to take up new tasks with ongoing tasks, enlist pointers, take care of pros and cons, understand, and anticipate the requirements, research and create solutions. And always ready with a plan B. • Make necessary arrangements like travel and accommodation arrangements • Manage and record information for internal and external communication – payments, emails, approvals and so on. • To coordinate on emails, calls and interfacing on behalf of function head. • Work closely with the function head and team members for assigned activities • To complete internal and external documents for team members and industry partners. • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries of the function head • Arrange events if required for the function/team • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
