• Providing them all Banking facility such as OD Limits, CC Limits, LC, LAP and other secured as well as unsecured limits/ Loans (Insta OD/CA OD/BL/PL/Business Cards) • Connecting customers through various digital channels such as Net Banking, CMS, Door steps banking, NACH, Payment Gateway, Connecting Banking. • Procuring customers and assisting them in taking required services from bank. • Ensuring service quality norms are met within TAT while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining continuous customer engagement through customer visits / contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries and making sure sales target are achieved while providing efficient customer service.
