Retail Sales Representative responsibilities include:

• 1. Greeting and directing customers
• 2. Providing accurate information (e.g. product       features, pricing and after-sales services)
• 3. Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
• 4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• 5.Cross-sell products
• 6.Ensure racks are fully stocked
• 7.Manage returns of merchandise
• 8.Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• 9.Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• 10.Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
