Hiring for Sales Intern
Responsibilities
- The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.
- The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
- To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements
- The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customers
- Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting
- To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.
- The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth
- Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements
- Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours
- Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales
Skills Required
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements
- Experienced candidates required.
