Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business
Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiringstrategies, performance management, compensation,employee relations & engagement etc
Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.
Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .
Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance & Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
