Job Summary
The Collection Manager is responsible for managing the collection process, ensuring timely
recovery of dues, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have
over 2 years of experience in collections, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle
complex situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Collections Management:
o Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of dues.
o Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and take appropriate actions.
o Handle difficult cases and escalate as necessary to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain a positive relationship with clients while managing collections.
o Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
o Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
Team Leadership:
o Supervise and support the collections team to achieve targets.
o Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
o Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and results.
