Job Description:

The Sales Executive (Lead Generation) will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation efforts. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the insurance market, and a passion for helping clients secure the best insurance solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
  • Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, provide information about our insurance products, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and activities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
