 7. Communication: Communicate financial information and analysis effectively to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

 8. Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and proactively identify and address any compliance issues.
