Admissions responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in person
● Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, converting them into admissions.
● Resolving student and parents queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins.
● Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded.
● Maintain admission guidelines as per criteria, policies and procedures.
● Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis.
● Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and
workshops to increase walk- ins,etc. ( e.g. presentations and videos ).
Academics responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Maintaining the calendar of schedules for respective batches and Academic data
records.
● To make sure all centre/student related activities run smoothly.
● Organize events and induction programs for students & teachers.
● Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student
community.
● Contribute & Implement to the planners and curriculum material and ensure the
availability of the same with the teachers and students.
● Keep a track of assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations &
evaluations.
Operations & Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Keep close coordination with all members, teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure
effective functioning of the academic & non-academic activities.
● To assist the accounts department in collection of fees.
● To oversee/ facilitate vendor & faculty payment.
● To maintain all records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure etc.
