- Product Suitability and Survey:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential product opportunities.
- Coordinate and oversee questionnaire surveys across different locations in collaboration with teams.
- Collect and analyses data from surveys and other sources to gather consumer insights and
preferences.
- Finalize the list of products we can launch based on thorough data analysis to guide our product
development strategies.
- Product Scoping:
Do initial market research and analysis to understand market trends and consumer demands.
- Perform competitor analysis, evaluating market share, channel margins, selling rates, and gross profit
margins.
- Perform financial and business assessments, including purchase rates, channel margins, selling rates,
and gross profit margin analysis.
- Product Development:
Create a list of companies that specialise in white-labelling selected products.
- Select vendors based on criteria’s including quality standards, testing capabilities, and other relevant
factors.
- Finalize product specifications and define quality parameters in consultation with senior
management.
- Validate product labelling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand requirements.
