Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create detailed mechanical designs for HVAC components and systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes of designed components, conduct tests, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management to ensure seamless integration and implementation of designs.
- Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve design-related issues that arise during the development and production phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and product quality.
