Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Reefer container, ISO Tank, and Cold Room sales and lease sector.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients, including shipping companies, logistics providers, food producers, and retailers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
