Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Partnership Management
Developing & maintaining prospect & customer/ client list based on strategic marketing data & other sources for sales leads.
Engaging with IPC’s , Domestic/ Local Brokers, trade conferences, nurturing industry relationships for possible opportunities to develop business opportunities.
Active in liaison relationship within industry.
Ensure customer satisfaction by working along with operations, quality, customer service teams, to address any customer concerns or issues.
Client Acquisition and corporate relations with companies
Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
