Job Title: Client Acquisition Associate

Reports To: Client Acquisition Manager/Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: The Client Acquisition Associate will be responsible for supporting the client acquisition process by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves market research, lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in business development within the HR recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Maintain a database of prospective clients and track lead progress.
  2. Client Outreach:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to discuss their recruitment needs.
    • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

      Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or client acquisition role is a plus.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
