Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  Recruitment & Onboarding: o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for automotive and manufacturing roles. o Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate evaluation, interviews, and job offers. o Facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.  Employee Relations: o Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues as they arise. o Promote a positive workplace culture and foster strong employee relations.  HR Administration: o Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. o Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.  Training & Development: o Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. o Support employee development and career growth initiatives.  Performance Management: o Administer performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations. o Address performance-related issues and implement improvement plans as needed.  Compensation & Benefits: o Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and benefits coordination. o Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.  Compliance & Reporting: o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labor laws, and internal policies. o Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management. Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within the automotive or manufacturing industries.  Skills: o In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws relevant to the automotive and manufacturing sectors. o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. o Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft O
