Roles & Responsibilities :

 

·         Successfully manage renewals with existing clients on a timely basis

·         Create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling on a quarterly basis

·         Manage pipeline and ensure quarterly renewal and cross-selling targets are achieve

·         Nurture and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients

·         Focus on customer retention through a consultative approach

·         Condut periodic review meetings for monitoring various delivery metrics 

·         Seek testimonials and reviews from clients to further enhance the brand SoftwareSuggest

·         Monitor NPS score of clients and proactively work towards achieving desired behnchmark



Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and also manage the team.
