1.Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Administer and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support the HR team in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and employee relations activities.
