Job Summary: Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager for the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HR management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy execution. You will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to support the growth and development of the region. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the HR operations for the Delhi region, ensuring alignment with the company’s HR policies and objectives.  Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, to support business needs.  Develop and implement employee engagement programs and ensure a positive work environment.  Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.  Execute performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and career development planning.  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the region.  Collaborate with senior management to drive HR strategies that align with regional and corporate goals.  Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.  Regularly report HR metrics to regional leadership and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).  4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services industry.  Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.  Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
