  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
    • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
  • Market Development:

    • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the FMCG sector.
    • Expand the customer base by adding new distributors and retailers.
  • Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for the company.
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:

    • Execute sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products.
    • Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities are in line with company guidelines.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Development:

    • Train and mentor sales representatives or junior staff within the assigned area.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including key players, trends, and dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in managing key accounts and working with distributors.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
    • Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer behavior.
