We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our cold room, Reefer container & ISO Tank sales. As the Sales Manager, He will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to expand our market presence in the cold room industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments for cold room sales. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and sales presentations. Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
