Designation: Winery/ Unit Head
Reports to: VP Operations and CEO
Objective: To ensure smooth functioning of all activities at the winery
Key Responsibility:
- Control the production activities to achieve the targeted quantity and ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained within the set norms cost guidelines & budgets for the year.
- Monitor the performance of production facilities, develop and implement approved strategies aimed at improving production efficiency & reduce wastages. Initiate new cost saving initiatives.
- To monitor the production activities to ensure the quality norms as per Standards. Adherence to Statutory compliances
- To produce the quality wines and ensure the quality norms as per Standards.
- Ensure smooth functioning across all depts.activitives.
- Ensured man power tracking and maintain YTD productivity.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters teamwork and motivation of other team members.
- To develop a second line so that there is no interruption of work in case of exigencies
In addition to the above you would also be responsible for any other job assigned by your superiors from time to time.
