- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates
and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the
onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to
track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal
requirements and organizational policies.
