*Job Summary*:

The Talent Acquisition Executive at Essae Digitronics will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs, while ensuring that the best talent is selected to align with the company’s values and objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. *End-to-End Recruitment*:

   - Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management.

   - Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that match the required skills and experience.

   - Coordinate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. *Talent Sourcing*:

   - Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify and source high-quality candidates.

   - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and market research.

   - Develop strategies for building pipelines of strong candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs.

3. *Candidate Screening & Assessment*:

   - Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

   - Coordinate technical or managerial assessments as needed.

   - Provide interview feedback to both the candidates and hiring managers.

4. *Employer Branding*:

   - Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Essae Digitronics as an employer of choice on social media platforms and job portals.

   - Assist in developing recruitment marketing content, including job posts, social media updates, and promotional material.

5. *Candidate Relationship Management*:

   - Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and providing feedback.

   - Maintain a positive candidate experience, from the first point of contact to the final onboarding.

6. *Onboarding Support*:

   - Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

   - Provide new employees with orientation materials and guide them through the initial stages of joining the company.

7. *Recruitment Metrics & Reporting*:

   - Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.

   - Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.

   - Keep records of all recruitment activities and maintain an organized recruitment database.

8. *Diversity & Inclusion*:

   - Promote diversity in recruitment by ensuring diverse talent pools are considered for all positions.

   - Implement inclusive hiring practices and strategies that align with the company’s values.

9. *Vendor Management*:

   - Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, if needed, to support recruitment efforts for niche or hard-to-fill roles.

   - Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and conditions where necessary.

 *Qualifications*:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- High level of discretion and professionalism.

*Preferred Skills*:

- Experience in recruiting for technical, sales, or operational roles.

- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.

- Strong knowledge of talent market trends and sourcing best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
