Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and oversee HVAC projects from conception through completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet industry standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Design and Engineering:
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork design.
- Develop and review HVAC system designs, blueprints, and specifications.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC-specific tools.
- Ensure designs are efficient, sustainable, and meet client requirements.
Implementation and Oversight:
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Track project milestones, budget, and resources, and report on project status to senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Client and Team Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project team members.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all HVAC installations comply with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, local codes).
- Promote and adhere to safety protocols on all project sites.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
