Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks including employee record
maintenance, compliance with HR policies, and handling employee
documentation.
Grievance Handling: Proactively address employee grievances, foster
positive relationships, and resolve workplace issues.
People Management: Oversee employee engagement, team development,
and management of workplace dynamics.
Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process, including sourcing,
interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.
Admin Management: Coordinate office administrative tasks such as
managing vendors, office supplies, and other operational needs.
Database & Google Sheets: Maintain accurate HR databases and produce
reports using Google Sheets to track employee metrics and performance.
Assisting Accounts: Collaborate with the finance team for payroll
processing, HR-related financial tasks, and reporting.
Backend Support: Provide support for various HR functions including
compliance tracking, documentation, and audits.
Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance
appraisal system to ensure employee development and feedback mechanisms
are in place.
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and effective Grievance Handling.
Leadership abilities in People Management and fostering employee
engagement.
Expertise in Talent Acquisition with strong recruitment skills.
Strong organizational skills in Admin Management.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Database Management.
