Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support and Coordination
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communications.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Coordinate the sales team’s calendar and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely communication and actions.
    • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information.
  2. Inside Sales Activities
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
    • Qualify leads generated through google and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries through email &WhatsApp, providing information about products, pricing, and availability.
    • Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant solutions.
  3. Order Processing and Management
    • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately into the system and fulfilled on time.
    • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    • Address any issues related to order fulfilment, such as product availability or shipping delays, and communicate with customers accordingly.
    • Ensure that all documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes is properly maintained.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to the sales team and management, highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, order status, and lead conversion rates.
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
    • Assist the sales manager in forecasting sales targets and planning sales activities.
  6. Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer requirements.
    • Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on inside sales activities and customer feedback.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events aimed at generating new leads.
    • Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members as required.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices
    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
    • Implement best practices in sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
