Job Description for Technical Recruiter:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in tech roles.
- Familiarity with technical skills and terminologies (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data science).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
